Since March 2006, I am a member of SAP Research Center Sophia Antipolis where I am contributing to the Security and Trust Research Area and leading the EU research project SERENITY.

I received my Master Degree in Informatic Engineering from the University of Genova in 2000 and my Ph.D. in Electronics and Computer Science Engineering from the University of Genova and the University of Edinburgh (joint programme) in 2005.
